The Restaurant

Eastburn Table serves elevated Texas cuisine inspired by local ranching heritage, seasonal ingredients, and a thoughtful approach to food and wine. The menu reflects a balance of tradition and refinement, offering a dining experience that feels special for the region while remaining welcoming and unpretentious.

The Eastburn Building

Built in 1889 by Edward Eastburn, the Eastburn Building has stood at the heart of the Jacksboro square for more than a century. After suffering severe damage and decades of vacancy, the building was carefully restored by local stewards and reimagined for a new generation — preserving its character while giving it renewed purpose.
